To help re-build employee engagement, I have created innovative and high performing health and wellness programs by building a fitness facility in unused office space, ramped up ergonomics monitoring, developed a "Know Your Numbers" program to manage personal health, and championed a successful year long mental health campaign. I want to empower HR leaders and their teams to achieve their professional and organizational goals, while enhancing their well-being and resilience.
