With over 25 years of experience in value based care, emergency medicine, urgent care, and population health, I am a passionate and visionary clinical leader who drives clinical excellence and innovation. As a former Chief Clinical Officer, I oversaw clinical operations, quality, and outcomes of Landmark's high-risk patient population, delivering comprehensive and coordinated care in the home and community settings. I leveraged my expertise in medical staff development and relations, process improvement, and education to foster a culture of collaboration, engagement, and accountability among Landmark's providers and partners. Previously, I served as the Implementation Medical Director at Landmark Health, where I was instrumental in launching and scaling Landmark's programs and services across multiple markets. I also held various leadership roles in the urgent care and emergency services sectors, where I improved patient satisfaction, operational efficiency, and clinical quality. I am a board-certified internal medicine physician with an MBA from the University of Tennessee, Certified Physician Executive from AAPL, and a former board member and president of the Urgent Care Association.
