I was responsible for staff recruiting/training, was VP of Operations and also instrumental in working with and developing key clients. With StaffAmerica, our management consulting firm, I assisted entrepreneurs--nationally and internationally--who wanted to get into the temporary staffing business as independents or who wanted to improve their existing service. This involved site selection, executive management training, staff recruitment/training and business development. We were the first company of our kind in the United States. In conjunction to our consulting, we also produced training manuals, audio and video training products.

We sold this company headquartered in the Twin Cities and moved to Santa Barbara, CA where we further developed our management consulting firm, StaffAmerica, and started our temporary staffing firm, Staff America Temporary Services.
