Pamela De Bellis, M. Eng. is a Chief Operating Officer at Radish Systems. She is interested in helping girls and women succeed, especially in STEM. She is passionate about helping women in tech. • Pam was President of the Business and Professional Women of Colorado's, Boulder Chapter (www.BoulderBPW.org). I was a member. Pam built a strong team in this volunteer organization. She established the strategic plan for the year and ensured it was implemented successfully. The membership soared.
