A Certified Life Options Retirement Coach.• Provided Human Resource advice and expertise to clients through HR Partnering product which ensures client companies maintain legal compliance on workplace issues as well as providing customers with HR information to make solid decisions.• Taught interview techniques, as Guest Speaker, to both traditional and non-traditional college students at both UWO and UWFV.• Designed and developed employee handbooks and provided company HR audits for clients.• Generated personal production revenue while managing the Fox Cities Office.

Responsible for providing travel expertise and support to clients as they travel world-wide, including booking air flights, accommodations, rental cars, consolidator trips, excursions, cruises, etc. Provides particular expertise for travel to the Hawaiian Islands, Mexico and the Caribbean.

Managed the entire Human Resource function for up to 17 offices of Bank One prior to purchase by Chase, two Trust offices and one Mortgage Processing Center of 750 bank, trust and office associates.
