As part of Digital, Data, Analytics and Technology (DDAT) Business Management team, manage cyber tech spend/purchasing for Enterprise Information Security (EIS) team. Responsible for processing multi-millions of dollars in financial spend requests and renewals for hardware/software/labor. Work closely with Sourcing to ensure best purchase price and terms for EIS. IT Project Manager on Global Security (GS) Portfolio Management team working in security budget and contract management area. Responsible for processing multi-millions of dollars in financial spend requests and renewals for hardware/software/labor. Prepare and review requests at weekly finance approval gate with senior management, then enter in Ariba or internal system ITNow. Track through Finance, Sourcing, and Contracting to completion, communicating regularly with internal customers and vendors. Working to integrate CVS systems and processes into combined GS organization.Earlier in 2019, also monitored six PoCs (Proof of Concept) and completed project management for two Data Loss Protection (DLP) projects: External Storage Device Control Remediation (ESD) and No-Authentication Proxy (NAP). The ESD project was a three-phased project to limit the use of external storage devices on Aetna-managed workstations and laptops in order to prevent both data exfiltration and the introduction of malicious code. The NAP project was a DLP hygiene project to reduce the number of URLs that do not authenticate through the proxy in accordance with the Global Security Control Standard that requires proxy authentication.

Global Security (GS) Project Management Office (PMO) team member. Worked on company-wide Cloud Security Strategy program. Served as Data Loss Protection (DLP) PM lead and also managed project to coordinate GS efforts for divestiture of Aetna's Group Life and Disability business while continuing to process incoming PMO initiation and finance requests.

Worked as PM on Aetna Medicare/Federal Business team. Initiated Pharmacy project with Federal Integration Program transitioning membership from Coventry to Aetna systems. Managed two other Federal conversion projects to completion: Plan Benefit Continuation and Coventry Member Enrollment, using a mix of Agile and waterfall methodologies within the APLC (Aetna Process Life Cycle).

Continued analysis and reporting of efforts related to Health Care Reform. Responsible for monitoring emerging legislation, coordinating IT efforts, including communication across business and IT, managing ongoing individual HCR analysis/enhancement projects and executive-level reporting on all Coventry HCR efforts. In addition, served as team lead for resource management tracking in Planview and as team lead for SRW (Service Request Workbench) enhancements.

Managed multi-year program preparing the company to meet mandated Health Care Reform requirements. Previously managed multiple cross-platform implementations and conversions for health plans across the company. Responsible for coordination of enhancements for all IT areas, as well as specific changes to Coventry's main system of record.*Selected to represent Applications department at IT 30-Month Plan Delegate Congress.*

Participated in requirements gathering and solidification for several IS areas for Part D project and helped create new HMOs in IDX. Asked to serve as coordinator for overall IS end-to-end testing for Part D.
