Managed Customer Onboarding programs for Nokia WING/WDH. I was responsible for managing all work streams right from the start i.e. - Agreeing SoW with Client (worked closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, Product Management) - Requirement Analysis, Design, Development and Testing - Followed by Operations Readiness, Go Live and Operations handover - Delivered the programme with teams based in multiple location (Nokia Development team was based in India,Nokia Test team was split between India and UK, Customer was based in USA) - Delivered the programme in a multiple vendor enviroment (Nokia had two vendors for development and one vendor for testing involved in this platform)
