This helped me find my perfect line of work as Pinot’s Palette’s Owner/Director of Fun since we opened in Naperville in December 2013.Every day I not only work as owner, marketer, and operator of the paint and sip franchise, utilizing my networking, business management, people, and leadership skills, but we also give back to the community by hosting fundraisers where free seats and paintings are given to local fundraisers. My advice to other women in business: “Find something that you absolutely love, believe in yourself, and follow your passion. Always be generous and kind.”Prior to owning Pinot’s Palette, I grew up as a military brat moving around until my father retired in Colorado Springs. This is where I finished high school after living in Germany and attending my last overseas school at Auguburg High School. I studied Business Administration at National Business College in Colorado Springs and Colorado Christian University. I have 25 years of experience working in a business environment with experience in marketing, sales, database management, and social event management. Pinot's Palette has received a number of awards including Naperville Magazine’s Best of Naperville in the Entertainment Division, Glancer Magazine’s Reader's Choice Award for Customer Service, John Green Realtor’s Circle of Friends award for 2015 Local Business Excellence, Pinot's Palette Smooth Strokes Award for a "smooth" grand opening and NINE Golden Brush Awards for top sales.When not working hard at Pinot's Palette Franchise, Bartlett enjoys cooking, wine (Chardonnay fan), reading, bible study, workouts, traveling, volunteering, and spending time with friends and family, including her 25-year-old son Derek, his girlfriend Sydney, and their rescue Shepard-doodle, Eddie.Pinot's Palette is an upscale paint and sip studio in Naperville where anyone can be a Picasso.
