I have been working Part-time as a Bartender for Center Plate since 1994. I am assigned to the Club section for all New Orleans Saints games and other main events held at the Superdome and the adjacent SMK Arena for NBA Games and other events as my work schedule permits. I enjoy this interaction with Saints Fans especially seeing my regular customer and greeting them on a first name basic. I have been fortunate to be able work with my fulltime employers to include these part-time events into my work schedules when possible.

Restocking the bar at the end of night shifts. I enjoyed meeting a variety of customers who were flying into or out of New Orleans and sharing their experiences with them.

I served over 89 steaks on one shift to Bar patrons which was a record at the that time. I always enjoyed working for the Owner, Johnnie Schram. She would often call me back when she was short staffed and I did everything I could to help her out. It was the best place to work as we were all one big family.

I also had responsibilities for reordering Bar Supplies from beverages to condiments.
