Create and publish job adds in several candidate online sources, I’m in charge of sending communications to candidates, coordinate interviews with interviewers in of the Costa Rica and outside country, I’m one of the communications lines between the hiring managers and the candidates, I have to make sure the communication is assertive and also clear to both sides (HM and candidate), because that will make a great candidate experience for the person who is applying for Convergys.
