 Directs daily business operations and provides leadership to a team of 15 to serve over 2500 active clients, managing annual revenue of $500,000 to remain a debt-free business. Provides ongoing guidance and mentorship to foster staff development and build an environment focused on customer service, driving client retention and growing customer base through positive referrals.  Performs talent recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding, building and maintaining talent pipeline through participation in community events and job fairs.  Establishes and develops key partnerships with community healthcare providers, identifying opportunities for co-promotional marketing, events, and outreach.

 Oversaw massage therapy program, evaluating effectiveness of program objectives, ensure curriculum content meets program objectives, as well as maintain overall alignment with the Lotus School's mission statement. Managed 20 massage faculty, providing supervision and ongoing developmental feedback, and conducting annual performance reviews. Created and reviewed outlines and syllabi for over 20 courses per semester, monitoring student progress and verifying that all student data, including surveys, attendance, and grades, are collected in a timely manner. Monitored expense budget requesting supplies and equipment as needed to ensure effective instruction and uninterrupted functioning of the department. Supported students in strategizing for their professional job search, providing one-on-one coaching to graduates in all aspects of their job search initiatives including personal marketing, resume writing, and interview skills. Participated and provided support in student-focused Career Services events and seminars annually, building and maintaining relationships and connections with community and businesses to identify networking opportunities.
