About Pamela Gordon

I am a passionate and committed educator, driven by the belief that all young people deserve to be the architects of their own learning and life experiences, both inside and outside of school. I value relationships and collaboration as the foundation for educational transformation, and I strive to create inclusive spaces where young people can thrive and lead. With a strong foundation in both theory and practical application, my work spans educational reform, competency-based learning, and experiential learning design. My experience includes collaborating with researchers and educators on impactful projects, facilitating professional development, and providing instructional coaching and support to schools and districts. I work closely with teams to bridge theory and practice, crafting learning experiences that empower students and reimagine traditional paradigms.Core strengths I bring to the field include strategic facilitation, curriculum and program design, instructional coaching, and developing systems for competency-based assessment. My work is deeply rooted in thinking outside the box, with a focus on educational redesign to foster equitable, engaging, and future-ready learning environments.
