Pamela Lambert has several years of legal experience representing a wide variety of corporate clients ranging from emerging growth to mid-market companies and the venture capital funds investing in those entities. Prior to joining Paradigm Counsel, Pamela practiced as a corporate associate at Royse Law Firm, PC. Before attending law school, Pamela was a corporate and securities paralegal at Gunderson Dettmer Stough Villenueve and Hachigian, LLP.Pamela’s practice focuses on advising and cultivating private companies from startup to exit. She counsels and advocates for clients at all stages and on a variety of corporate transactional matters including: entity formation, preparing for and receiving angel and venture funding, attending and advising clients at board meetings, investment fund formation, corporate governance, securities compliance, corporate reorganizations, structuring and achieving an exit, and related corporate operational issues.Pamela earned her B.A. degree in Political Science from Loyola Marymount University and her J.D. from the UCLA School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in California.
