I've served as a teacher, principal, executive director, deputy chief of school leadership, chief of staff, and deputy superintendent. Ensuring effective leadership, quality instruction, building a collaborative culture and providing support for continuous improvement are the foundational elements to successfully change academic outcomes and the trajectory for underserved students.
