I have worked for a variety of colleges and universities, including community colleges, research intensive, HBCUs, large public universities and small privates colleges. Through this experience, I have gained expertise in the development of new programs and courses; experience in online and blended program and course development; experience in assessment at course, program, and university level; accreditation expertise; and experience in faculty development and student success. I have worked with student support services and in fund and friend raising. Although I have worked with a variety of student populations, most of my career has been dedicated to the non-traditional learner who is often the first in his/her/their family to graduate from college. I hope to continue to develop the skills to make a difference in the retention and persistence of our college students and explore the ever-changing landscape of higher education as I help grow the leaders of tomorrow.Specialties: New program development; faculty training and development; outreach; relationship building; academic administration; assessment; course ;enrollment management; leadership.
