Part Time position to enable more focus on personal businesses

• Part of the Warehouse Management Team supporting the daily operations.• Responsible for HR management and general HR issues including: employee relations, absence management, supporting team leaders with HR advice and guidance, recruitment, annual leave, performance management, policy development, contractual changes, disciplinary processes, liaising, sourcing and managing temporary staff with recruitment agencies.• Office management, respond on all incoming calls, logging in visitors and ensuring proper hospitality, providing support to directors and managers (expenses, booking accommodation, transport), diary management, typing letters and reports, administration duties (ordering stationary) and managing and addressing outstanding invoices.• Additional projects.• International experience liaising with distribution centres across Europe with regards to business processes via email and conference calls. Experience also includes several visits to Germany and France. • Responsible for the prioritisation of work through the warehouse, creating and managing pick notes and ensuring physical dispatches are correctly shipped. • Responsible for the smooth operation of the Inbound and Outbound processes to ensure all agreed SLA’s are met
