I facilitated departmental meetings with Directors and management in order to identify gaps and required additions. - Working in collaboration with the seniors support team and seniors serving agencies, to conduct a Community Needs Assessment. Research reflected the needs of seniors in the Wood Buffalo region which was an important step in identifying goals and objectives for the region in order to meet the requirements of the World Health’s Designation for an Age Friendly City.
