I work part-time as an adjunct employee with the Region 4 Educational Service Center / Inspire Texas Principal Certification program. I serve in the roles of Course Instructor, Field Supervisor, and Coach for the Performance Assessment for School Leaders (PASL), working with individuals who have their Master’s Degree and are seeking principal certification. As a Course Instructor, I teach several courses in the program and lead online discussions of course materials, respond to student comments and questions, and evaluate and provide feedback to students’ written work and various projects. As a Field Supervisor, I conduct site visits to observe leadership activities, documenting progress toward mastery of principalship skills. In my role as PASL coach, I assist candidates as they work through this assessment, providing one-on-one individualized support. This includes brainstorming ideas, troubleshooting issues that arise, and providing general feedback on the written work before submission.

I serve in the roles of pianist, soloist and director for the 4:30 Choir.
