• Develop and manage end to end sourcing strategies for IT applications and services, including identification and selection of suppliers via RFI/RFQ/RFP, negotiations, contracting, and supplier evaluation, supplier management through to solution execution ;Develop and manage strategic business relationships to gain an understanding of business and technical requirements to support RFP activity and Statements of Work (SOWS);Responsible for leading cross-functional teams to develop the business strategy through to execution; Responsible for full contract review, amendments, redraft/redline, negotiations, delivery, and execution

• As a Strategic Sourcing Specialist, it was my responsibility to be knowledgeable in standard and non-standardized contracting terms and conditions to ensure the sourcing and acquisition of IT related products and services met Northrop Grumman’s technology roadmap and comply with Northrop Grumman’s internal procurement policies and procedures. In the normal course of business, it was my responsibility to advise IT subject matter experts of various risk elements when they were evaluating a supplier’s application and/or use of their services in support of an enterprise deployment. Additional responsibilities included: Working closely with project members in the development of RFP and/or SOW requirements; assist team members in the supplier proposal review process and evaluation; review supplier pricing and determine best value source selection; negotiation and award of contracts and pricing discount agreements; advising internal customer and management of contractual rights, obligations and associated licensing risks that may result due to non-compliance.
