Creation and distribution of marketing materials for Hagan's weekly, monthly and yearly via email, direct mailing, social media, radio and television. Oversee website and social media updates. Create visual graphics for our outside digital sign seen by thousands of potential customers. As an administrative assistant, responsible for answering multi-line phone system, placing customer orders, troubleshooting customer problems and placing service orders when necessary. Developed a streamlined filing system for the Front Office and Supply Warehouse that reduced front office workload by 25 percent. Implemented an improved tracking procedure of orders, within the office, from vendors. As a substitute teacher, I was responsible for ensuring a safe learning environment for all students. I followed lesson plans left by the lead teacher.
