Manage a robust Wellness Program. •Work with IT on sourcing and implementing information systems designed to meet the analytical needs of Human Resources and Payroll processing required to provide quality service to management and staff including online self-service capabilities. •Fully competent in current Labor Laws, COBRA, and HIPAA regulations and submit the EEO and OSHA reports. Work with labor attorneys, compensation consultants, benefits brokers and carriers in the negotiation, development and implementation of plans and plan design changes. •Manage and design content for the NAHB employee Intranet, an interactive employee newsletter. Prepare and maintain the Employee Handbook, Compensation Policy Guide, Plan Documents and Summary Plan Descriptions. -
