I have a passion for startups, and I thrive on diving in and laying the foundation of a company. My superpower lies in identifying the key stages of a business and determining the right KPIs to measure progress. I bring value to a company through tangible, measurable impacts.A brief work history: I started my career with email marketing for an auto insurance lead gen company. This was where I built my foundational understanding of internet marketing and the importance of data driven decision making. I then pivoted to an affiliate marketing role for a vpn software company. I walked away from that role with an enhanced communication style and an understanding of all that affiliate marketing had to offer. I then transitioned into my first operational role at Brightfire, a company specializing in generating higher education leads. I worked closely with the founders to enhance revenue optimization. My focus was on improving conversion rates in our registration flows, increasing call center productivity, and overseeing data partnerships to drive traffic to our websites. This was the defining moment of my career. I had been armed with the ability to identify areas needing improvement, prioritize the initiatives with the highest return and the creativity to find the ideal solution.In my current role at SubjectWell, our objective is to deliver high-quality patients and expedite the completion of clinical trials. As vp of ops, my focus has been on aligning cross-functional teams and developing standardized process for trial recruitment. My oversight includes the top of the funnel via patient acquisition, to the quality of referral through trial management. This role has been instrumental in understanding how to engage employees and motivate them to embrace new initiatives. Outside of work:*I thrive on challenges. Whether it's exercising my mind with puzzles or pushing my body in triathlons, I strongly believe that growth happens when we step outside our comfort zones. *My furbabies are incredibly spoiled, and I have no regrets about it. *When I travel, I love to immerse myself in the culture.
