~Develop community relations and partnerships to serve our female Veterans ~Oversee daily Operations of Facility and Office ~Creating Communityconnections to ensure volunteership and employment for Veterans~Participating in Public Affairs, attending city hall meetings, and creating visibility for program~Establish and run fundraisers and speaking opportunities to establish relationships and funding~Providing Leadership and Management for Treatment Professionals, caregivers, and staff Everything that we do at Steven's Home meets a critical need for female veterans through major life transitions in a residential care facility, and for male veterans and veteran's families in our day habilitation programs. We offer rehabilitation from drugs and alcohol, support services for PTSD, job training and job search support, and provide care and referrals for mental healthcare to and from the Veteran's Administration:We are "Building Partnerships to Build People Up"

Led group work activities, as directed by agency program staff.• Coordinated activities of program committees and other groups to plan procedures.• Trained and managed 7 employees and achieved significant improvements in theirproductivity to ensure that policies and procedures where being kept and maintained byall employees.• Assigned work and evaluated performance of staff members, recommending indicatedactions.• Assisted staff through individual and group conferences in analysis of specific programs,understanding of program development and increasing use of individual skills.• Supervised 7 employees, scheduled work hours, resolved conflicts.• Construct Daily Planner programs to meet needs and interests of individual clients.• Interest participants in arts and crafts and dramatics activities
