The Employee Engagement team modeled Emerson’s Culture of Excellence through every touch point with the campus community. We led change initiatives through strategic communications, design and implementation of innovative learning programs, and the ongoing partnership with both staff and administration. I strategically led talent acquisition, performance management, employee development and engagement, and employee relations (with both union and non-unionized employees).
