Coffey Group, an ASX listed company with revenues of AU$760 million, 9 global brands and 4500 employees working on projects across 80 countries. Pamela conducted a strategic review and global restructure, and then led the global transformation program comprising seven key projects to remove duplication and cost following a 5 year period involving 33 acquisitions. She was also responsible for leading culture change and completing the post-merger integration to realise the benefits promised to shareholders.Pamela managed 7 business transformation leaders and the PMO comprising project, change and communicators managers. Through these leaders she directed the transformation delivery efforts of 120 change champions from around the world and managed a divisional budget of $35m.

Pamela consulted to professional and financial services in the UK market delivering organisational reviews, growth strategies, M&A integration, transformational change and leadership coaching. Her clients included Barclays Bank, Zurich Financial Servces, Gerrard Wealth Management, Icoda Communications, Gatwick Airport, and Nascent Group.

Pamela acquired, managed and delivered on new and existing client accounts across the United Kingdom and continental Europe. Pamela's key clients included Barclays Bank, Lloyds Bank, Zurich Financial services, Credit Suisse: Winterthur and Colonial, and Prudential Bache.She was also in the executive team as Strategy and Sales Director for Towers Perrin Kinsley Lord. She led sales and marketing initiatives for the group; provided coaching and training to other Principles and employees; built a go-to-market system for the group to support pipeline management and sales results. Pamela was selected by the firm's European Leadership Team to undertake a review of one of its own businesses that was experiencing some growth challenges; the actuarial consulting business Towers Perrin Tillinghast (TTP). She was seconded for 6 months to examine the operations of TTP businesses across 12 European countries. The outcomes of this assignment received global recognition and many structural and operations changes were implemented to realise improvements.

Pamela was hired as the inaugural Executive Director on a 3-year contract to Westernise and 'corporatise' Shook Lin & Bok; one of Singapore's top 4 law firms. The firm comprised 20 partners, lawyers and staff with revenues of $30 million. her direct reports included managers of finance, IT, HR, marketing, operations and legal services. Pamela lead the firm strategy and supported partners with sales to major UK and USA banks. She coached partners and lawyers in marketing; modernised the financial systems and improved billings and collections; streamlines business operations; develop HR, marketing and communications functions; and build the firm's profile in the SE Asia market.

Pamela established Cording Young NZ Ltd to deliver strategy and marketing consultancy to the professional, financial and government service industries. She was successful at acquiring leading firms in every professional sector that included Russell McVeagh (legal), PriceWaterhouse (accounting), Beca Carter (engineering), Sun Alliance (finance), Ministry of Health (government), Diocesan Collegiate (education), GAB Robins (loss adjusting), Kingett Mitchell (environmental consulting), and more. Pamela and her firm became known for its specialisation in service sectors and between 1990 and 1996 she expanded the client base across Australia and Singapore.

Pamela was the inaugural Strategy and Marketing Manager at PriceWaterhouse. She helped the firm build its reputation, strengthen its competitive advantage and capture a greater share of the New Zealand professional services market. In this role Pamela performed the full marketing function including: conducting market research, formulated growth strategies for the firm and each of its business units, developed marketing and communications plans for service lines, coached partners in marketing principles and promotion techniques, briefed media and ad agencies to develop supporting materials for national marketing campaigns and more.
