Pamela conducted a strategic review and global restructure, and then led the global transformation program comprising seven key projects to remove duplication and cost following a 5 year period involving 33 acquisitions. She was also responsible for leading culture change and completing the post-merger integration to realise the benefits promised to shareholders.Pamela managed 7 business transformation leaders and the PMO comprising project, change and communicators managers. Through these leaders she directed the transformation delivery efforts of 120 change champions from around the world and managed a divisional budget of $35m. -

Pamela was selected by the firm's European Leadership Team to undertake a review of one of its own businesses that was experiencing some growth challenges; the actuarial consulting business Towers Perrin Tillinghast (TTP). She was seconded for 6 months to examine the operations of TTP businesses across 12 European countries.
