Direct advisor to the C-Suite, managed all legal matters including entertainment/licensing/marketing contracts, business development agreements, M&A, corporate governance, and legal hiring/training for brand management & marketing company with 30+ brands, 800+ global partners, 7k+ worldwide locations and 285m+ social media followers.Counseled cross-functional business, creative and financial teams, as well as junior legal team members, on strategy, risk and structure pertaining to all business transactions (including wide variety of marketing campaigns and activations, including influencer/social media programs, promotion and sponsorship projects, sweepstakes and contests, events and merchandising, among others), trademark/copyright ownership, prosecution and enforcement, union and administrative regulation compliance, data privacy and contract interpretation. Drafted, negotiated and reviewed all forms of entertainment, license, marketing and general commercial agreements for exploitation of all ABG brands and celebrity talent, realizing over $1 billion in contracted revenue for ABG.
