Reporting to the President, held responsibility of an $800M business that was 70% distributed through channel partners and 30% direct; included oversight of teams in Field and Inside Sales, Channel Management, Marketing, Field Service, Customer Support and Commercial Operations—a staff of ~700 people.After Envista Holdings Company went public in July 2019, expanded role to restructure business into separate operating companies by separating businesses in the KaVo Kerr portfolio; lines of business included consumables, equipment, and software.Key Accomplishments-Initiated the Connect Women’s Network, leading D&I for women within the male-dominated dental business.Successfully established the KaVo Kerr entities of KaVo Imaging, Kerr Consumables and KaVo Kerr Treatment Units & Instruments.
