Managing Director Of Training
Current~ Utilize expertise in design, development, and delivery of training classes and workshops that facilitate proficiency in the skills, knowledge, organizational culture, policies, and procedures in order to benefit our front line and back office personnel, and by extension, our internal and external customers.~ Equip leadership team members with the best practices and tools that will allow them to facilitate post-training follow-up and reinforcement. ~ Support risk management through the planning, oversight, and administration of ongoing compliance training programs for new and existing employees company-wide.~ Work with senior leadership as well as our marketing and communications professionals in order to ensure alignment between strategy, branding, and learning initiatives. ~ Manage projects and collaborate with other team members to implement initiatives that support and align with company goals and policies.~ Analyze and evaluate commercially available training materials and resources in addition to programs, seminars, and workshops available through outside vendors to ensure suitability and consistency with our business model.
