Pamela Coukos, JD, PhD, is an advisor and expert with more than 20 years of experience in workplace equality law, policy and research and a founder of Working IDEAL. She holds a law degree and a social science doctorate and has a particular expertise on the use of data and statistical analysis in Title VII cases.
