Hello there!I have intense knowledge of different tools such as Oracle CRM and Freshdesk CRM which I used from my recent job. Magento software is an e-commerce platform where we activate the customer's account. I am also an expert in Fleetroot, the software we used in logistics. I have a brief introduction about Project Management System, wherein we used the ClickUp tool to create a ticket on any error in the company's website, track and coordinate with the proper department. I have experience in a B2B start-up company, where I was instructed to make a quotation for a client, got an introduction on Quickbooks, and help the company set up the tools for operations.I have a certificate in Web Designing, and so I was able to create my website.
