CurrentManages the implementation of Core Diagnostics instrumentation to meet the Test of Record (TOR) goal from site readiness to instrument go lives. Dialogues with the customers to understand their scope, expectations, and deliverables. Plans and initiates the project through ongoing communications with the internal and external customers to ensure expectations and timelines are met, and ensures both internal and external customers are kept abreast of the project activities and any constraints. Communication with logistics, sales, and sales management on the monthly instrument forecast to ensure shipments align with the forecast. Collaborates with service and technical resource managers to coordinate service and technical resources necessary to ensure an on-time instrument delivery and implementation with the customer go live and project success.
