In my roles as a psychologist/peak performance coach, public speaking expert, and as a former faculty member at Harvard Medical School where I served as a teacher/supervisor at the Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) in Boston, I have dedicated my life to helping people eliminate barriers that block success so that they can excel and flourish. With 3 decades of experience, I like to work with people who have to perform well in high stakes, high stress situations. This includes athletes, attorneys, C-level executives, entrepreneurs, financial services professionals, academics, and performing artists. Through coaching, training, workshops and keynote presentations, I teach people mental toughness and mental game techniques derived from sport psychology so they are able to enhance their dynamic presence in the public arena and project confidence and poise in high visibility, high pressure situations.My services include workshops/training, hypnosis, individual and group coaching and training in mental toughness techniques, presentation skills, strengths-based consultation, work-life balance and more. When not working, I enjoy hiking in the French Alps, biking in Maine, and cooking.
