Learning | Developed engaging clinical-legal awareness training to meet professional accreditation standards. Leadership | Fostered an open, communicative environment of empowerment, growth and collaboration. Health Law | Successfully completed a “Medical Law” course with one of Australia’s leading Health Law firms. Wellbeing | Selected as a company-wide “Wellbeing Champion” with an emphasis on project managing all aspects of wellbeing initiatives (sourcing, managing to budget and promotion of initiatives). Developed a MIPS Wellbeing charter supporting the wellbeing & mental health of MIPS staff. Performance | Has led the MIPS Work Health & Safety Committee to operate in a structured, risk compliant and collaborative manner.Issue Resolution | Proactively partnered with colleagues to resolve Work Health & Safety challenges, developed & implemented the new MIPS WHS office induction protocol for new staff. Accreditation | Appointed Education Activity Representative (EAR) for the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) on behalf of MIPS, Educational Liaison for the Australian College of Emergency Medicine (ACEM) and the Royal Australian College of Medical Administrators (RACMA).
