With $40 million invested, ABS is a Series B-stage company, including $10.4 million Series A in November 2020 (led by Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and Abiomed/Johnson & Johnson)and a $20 million SAFE round in May 2024. A Series B financing is targeted for 2025 to coincide with completion of a human Early Feasibility Study (“EFS”).
