I led the company's Leading Beauty Forward project which intended to transform overall costs, work process and organizational design while saving the company hundreds of millions of dollars annually. In working closely with the Retail Channel leadership team, financial reporting was established to track store revenue and profitability as well as new.

I had full P/(L) responsibility for a $2 billion business and led the improvement of reporting, financial discipline and results accountability. This was critical as the business transformed from a high growth business model to a mature business model.

I was challenged in this role with accountability for corporate financial reporting, planning and analysis, reducing corporate costs and leading the external financial guidance recommendations while playing a key role in determining the proper split of the parent company balance sheet and providing leadership to the team preparing carve out financials for.

As the Segment CFO of the $3 Billion NA Retail segment for the Sara Lee Corporation, I drove the financial turnaround of a previously struggling business unit. This was accomplished by improved profit forecasting, financial planning, strategic analysis, cash flow management, portfolio management, and financial goal setting.

In my last role with the Company, I was the Global Finance VP for three business categories with revenue of $9 Billion. My responsibilities included strategic planning and development, forecasting, financial analysis, sourcing analysis and development/delivery of short and long term financial plans.

Winton Hill, Ohio

While leading this $3 Billion global business, I established clear financial discipline on budgets and forecasts which led to several years of growth and profitability. Collaboration with the other function leaders was also critical as we focused on creating and executing a robust product pipeline that helped improve profitability.

I provided financial leadership to a $100 million portfolio of external equity investments and was accountable to the P&G CFO, CIO and CTO. Key responsibilities included balance sheet accounting, governance, and contract negotiations for equity deals. In addition I nurtured and further developed external relationships with venture capitalists, investment.

Pam was selected to design, develop and implement a new franchise wide monthly performance measurement tool for Senior Bank Executives. Her team created a financial model to track franchise wide savings generated by Six Sigma projects that generated over $100 million of cost savings for the franchise.

In this role I was accountable to the Segment CFO to manage global financial planning and reporting of a $10 Billion business. I was also responsible for the planning and analysis of the $600 million segment overhead expense. The role was based in Brussels and I worked closely with function leaders in multiple locations to develop and execute profitable.

I started my career with P&G as a cost analyst. With each role came increased responsibility and by 1996 I had been promoted to the Associate Director level managing strategic planning and forecasting for the North American Beauty Care business.
