- Development of Regional Pricing Department, in charge of proposals of rates, conditions and profit for short and mid term dry and reefer shipments. - Creation of Freight Forwarders Unit; reaching a 170% of shipments increase in South America and 110% at Mexico.

- Responsible of the planning, administration and supervision of containers positioning at the lowest cost at Latin America, USA and Asian scope. - In charge of efficient achievement of suitable containers for dry and reefer demand.- Management of regional fleet of 30.000 Teus/week at best time and costs conditions, - Administration of Containers Repair and Maintenance, reaching a cost reduction by USD 3 million/year.

- Responsable de la logística de contenedores y su disponibilidad en Chile para cumplir con los compromisos de embarque adquiridos con clientes locales. - A cargo la coordinación de transportes terrestres locales para embarques Door y posicionamiento de contenedores vacíos a depósitos y puertos.

- Encargada de la Cobranza de Fletes a Clientes de Exportación e Importación.- Comunicación con clientes para confirmación de Estados de Cuenta y Fechas de Pago.- Reducción de cuentas morosas a porcentajes entre 5 % y 8% del total de fletes por pagar.

- Adviser on Export Data, Market Analysis and Business Opportunities for Chilean Exporters.- Responsible of guidance to exporters through Statistics, Customs’ duties, Free Trade Agreements benefits, Goods Classification and key points for their market evaluation.
