I am currently based in the Staffline Express branch in Skelmersdale. Working a full 360 role I am able to follow the full recruitment process from start to finish. From selling Staffline services into a new client, taking charge of the recruitment and training aspect and managing the account from beginning to end. I was initially asked to come to Rullion to help build the Industrial division, after a short period of time Rullion decided to no longer deal with the Industrial sector. I then moved on to the commercial team.I was working as part of the A-Z commercial team, we deal with anything from General office support to your more experienced roles. Like my previous position this is a full 360 role leaning more heavily on business development.

I started within Taskmaster as a temporary in-house administrator which led to a permanent position within the Wigan Industrial branch.I was in a full 360 role, this involved data entry, processing payroll, interviewing, candidate matching, sales, monitoring AWR, lead generation, new business generation and being reactive to anything that happened on a daily basis.At my time in Taskmaster I won New Comer of the Year 2011, this was due to me winning a rather large UK wide client while on my temporary contract. I was known by my clients as being on the ball, having a great onsite presence and always going the extra mile to ensure expectations where met.

I help manage the day to day running of the Support Services Department. As a group we where the first point of contact for field employees and managers to assist with any queries they may have. I was in charge of generating reports for the previous days completed work, dealing with complaints from N-Power customers within the agreed SLA and managing customer credits, monitoring KPI’s of my team and performing a data cleanse on new data before it was uploaded into the system.
