As the Director of Corporate Analytics and Strategic Support for Gusmer Enterprises I am in the business of providing information. I turn data into knowledge for the purpose of helping our decision makers analyze change, trend business conditions, and make key business decisions. I also support Strategic Development efforts, not only by providing information and knowledge, but through training on both software and soft skills, assistance with corporate presentations and communication pieces, and meeting and process facilitation. I am a member of our Senior Management team at Gusmer which is charged with developing and implementing the strategy and culture of our company. Previous positions held within Gusmer Enterprises have included Information Systems Manager, Quality System Management Representative, HR Management, and Information Technology. I believe that good information is key to the knowledge needed for all decision making and strive to provide accurate, timely and relevant information to all parties involved in key decision-making roles. I also serve as a communication resource for our organization, as excellent organizational communication is critical for successful operations. Finally I have an affinity for creating systems - developing, maintaining and bringing together people and software resources to work together effectively.
