Current. Coordinate the recruitment, screening, and other employment processes to ensure that there are sufficient numbers of qualified personnel to meet bank operation needs.. Direct the Human Resources Department administrative activities including job assignments, staff training and development, performance appraisal, compensation, promotion and transfer, exit interviews.. Ensure that the human resource policies and practices conform to applicable state and federal laws and banking regulations. . Direct the development of procedures for the periodic appraisal of employee performance. Coordinate the process of appraising employee performances to ensure that it is as objective as possible.. Maintain personnel policies and procedures to foster effective employee relations.. Develop and supervise the administration of comprehensive compensation programs for bank personnel, including wages and salaries, incentives, and benefits.. Design and coordinate training and development programs for staff to maximize employee efficiency and potential.. Develop and implement employee relation activities including attitude surveys, communications, and bank-related social activities to boost employee morale.. Counsel with management on personnel issues and activities. Oversee the medical and safety functions and comply with TOSHA policies and procedures.. Oversee payroll preparation and quarterly audits of payroll administration.. Maintain departmental records for all federal and state regulatory agencies.
