Manage an office of over thirty academic planning, institutional research and information technology staff that provide information and analysis in support of university management, planning and decision support. Manages thirteen staff within the Office of Planning & Analysis (OPA) that provides campus decision support, academic program analyses, enrollment management, database management, peer analyses and campus surveys. Led team projects to produce key messaging documents, including annual financial report. Collaborated.

Managed the Analytical Studies unit within Office of Planning & Analysis (OPA) that included supervising six staff with diverse analytical skills who cover a broad range of institutional research issues, including the Cal Profiles (a campus web reporting tool) and OPA database management, peer institution analyses and survey responses, and academic program.

Supported campus decision-making process through the analysis, presentation and distribution of relevant and timely information. Managed six-month project to produce Cal Profiles, a web-report used to provide comprehensive management information on all campus units. Project included successfully negotiating with data owners to present data and produce.

Incorporated interview, database, and report information, often of a sensitive and confidential nature, into analyses. Summarized findings for briefings, testimonies, and reports.
