Pamela is active in community leadership organizations, participating in Leadership Richardson (Class XL) and serving as a 2024-25 RISD Ambassador, In 2021, Pamela was recognized by the Dallas chapter of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) in its inaugural 40 Under 40 class, and in 2017, Pamela was among 32 Dallas-area women selected to participate in the T. Boone Pickens Leadership Institute, the Junior League of Dallas' leadership development program.
