I am a Usability and Human Factors specialist with over 30 years of experience, both within Fortune 500 companies, and as a consultant. I am skilled in user interface design, usability testing, and researching end user needs. I have conducted usability testing and end user field studies not only in the US, but also in Europe and Japan. While my experience includes military and NASA systems, most of my career has been focused on making medical software and equipment safe and easy to use.
