• Provide prompt and courteous technical support to clients needing instruction on how to use our collections management and web module products; assist clients during upgrades.• Collaborate and assist other staff in identifying and resolving technical support issues from clients• Build custom client systems. • Convert legacy client data from various programs into Rediscovery software.• Provide training (both on site and via web/phone) for clients.• Test program versions - reporting any bugs and assisting in resolving them; coordinate bug fixing with programmers.• Write instructional documents for system help and installation of the software. • Coordinate and manage the revision of the software’s online System Help and User Manual with each version change.• Organize monthly training sessions for our clients and coordinate with staff to arrange trainers for various topics and dates.• Manage various social media projects for Re:discovery, including our online Client Group and our Facebook page, and contribute to our LinkedIn content, website content, and monthly client newsletters.
