I have spent the bulk of my career, over 20 years, with Oechsle International Advisors, until the organization folded in 2019. With over $10B in assets under management, I gained valuable experience within the financial services space. Oechsle had four international entities which I oversaw, including consolidations and ensuring both GAAP and IFRS compliance. Throughout my career, I’ve always prioritized process improvement. Ensuring smooth operations and optimized systems is key to maintaining sound financial and strategic vision. Oechsle: I successfully reduced the month-end close from 12 days to 5 and played a pivotal role in numerous software implementations, including the upgrade from Great Plains to Microsoft Dynamics. Acoustic: I collaborated with the Director of Sales to assist with a billing backlog and catch up. NEC: When I joined the team, there was a limited reconciliation process set up.
