I served as the single point of contact for the branch’s leadership team and project leads, fostering sound relationships and providing strategic recommendations to raise public awareness of, and engagement with, municipal programs, services and initiatives.The success of the integrated marketing and communications campaigns I’ve developed, implemented and evaluated were the result of my strong leadership, project management and service-oriented skills within a dynamic, client-focused environment. I demonstrated my high level of initiative, analytical ability and adaptive approach to launch successful campaigns and surpass goals, including exceeding both the revenue target of the 2023 International Children’s Festival of the Arts by $55,000 and ticket sales target by over 2,200 tickets.

I led and managed a small team in the development, execution and management of strategic marketing and communications campaigns to boost engagement with, and awareness of, each Fine Arts department's annual season of public-facing events. This included the Department of Drama's Studio Theatre season, Department of Music's MainStage Concert season, and the Department of Art & Design's FAB Gallery Exhibition season.As part of the Faculty of Arts' communications team, I provided event coordination support, editing, coordinating news stories, writing content for external and internal newsletters, and managing the Faculty's social media channels.
