So you want to know about me? I want to be clear I am NOT your typical Recruiter. Somehow I fell into recruiting and talent sourcing like a lot of people. One of my previous managers said, "You have worked in the sales field. You know what we are looking for so why don't you try recruiting ." " This is how I got in to recruiting. I've used my previous sales and management positions to build relationships with both candidates and managers so we are all successful. My interview process is different as I have a conversation with my candidates and make it more personal. I do not interrogate them, as I have never seen positive results in this style ever. I am pretty clear, upfront, and honest as I do not care for double talk myself when it comes to interviewing with a future employer.
