Currently 7 plus years in warranty adjudication and escalation resolution. As a supervisor in the claims area, I am responsible for hiring and training adjusters together with corrective action and audits. Previously 15+ years as a professional risk and claims manager with experience in real estate development and construction, manufacturing, transportation and logistics, non-profit religious organization, retail and personal lines. I have worked through 2 Chapter 11 bankruptcies and multiple due diligence M&A's. I have created risk management departments from the ground up together with a risk management information system (RMIS) on a Lotus Notes platform. Included in my experience are multiple years of claims adjusting for workers compensation, property, general liability, crime, auto, directors & officers, and multiple specialty lines including weather, cargo, photoshoot and cyberrisk.
