So...What do I do?On the surface: I am proud of my extensive deliverables in full P&L ownership, business planning, strategy and execution, managing and developing teams specializing in consumer product goods. I have a real affinity for customer facing business and a passion for enhancing the end consumer experience. In 2020, I took a leap of faith to start over in Los Angeles, CA after working more than 20 years in New York City. I have developed a diverse skillset, beginning in Finance (budget, strategy, reporting), and gaining extensive expertise in Operations and Business on the Retail side. Some of my proudest accomplishments include:FENDI - Strategically built the leased department store (LDS) business model to target the wholesale customer base. Converting wholesale to retail enhanced customer experience within the wholesale environment, increasing brand awareness, customer retention and overall sales. I accomplished this by negotiating contracts and collaborating with internal stakeholders to execute go-to-market plan opening 20 shops in 3 years in Saks and Bloomingdales. I also acted as Project Manager, leading conception, rollout, business management, and Store Planning, Merchandising, Retail, Logistics, Finance and HR.CHLOE & FENDI - Oversaw all aspects of retail real estate, including market research and analysis, building and managing relationships with landlords, and creating financial business models to sell to management. I also successfully negotiated rent reductions during the recession.DELVAUX - As the first employee hired in the US, I spearheaded bringing the brand to North American consumers, helped company understand the culture and become competitive in the market. I created supply chain/distribution channels and HR policies, budgets, hired staff (securing benefits), and took over the management of Retail and Wholesale from Europe and built Delvaux's first and largest US flagship store.
