Natural born creator, dreamer, and collector of like minded people. I spend the majority of my days thinking up ideas and ways for my favorite companies to work together and turning hobbies into jobbies. When I came up with She RUNS This Town/Moms RUN This Town in 2011 it sparked from a need to find my own running buddies. I quickly realized how my "need" was the need of thousands of other women world wide. My little FREE running club has turned into 700+ chapters and over 80,000 members world wide of like minded women. MRTT has added SRTT (She RUNS This Town) to make sure all women feel included. We love working with running gear companies to create cobranded gear as well as work with race systems to create unique experiences for our teams of MRTT SRTT runners. We are truly a unique running club with a very strong presence across the country and we pride ourselves on the awesomeness ;)As for pre-MRTT Pam:I have a strong passion for retail and marketing to increase sales. I firmly believe in letting the customer feel like they've made the decision and never up-sold or talked into products. I've always worked for companies I truly believe in. I like to feel passionate about the products I'm selling and have been told people can feel my belief of the product through my enthusiasm when talking about the products or company. I constantly dream up creative gimmicks, ideas, contests, or campaigns to drive product sales and create excitement and awareness of new products. I see driving sales as a challenge to my creativity and use unique approaches to brand and product awareness.I'm absolutely an ideas and marketing person and feel most energetic during a brainstorming session of ideas on how to rally groups, raise money, drive sales, create awareness, or relay information to an audience. I'm constantly thinking up unique and out of the box ways to get products and ideas out there and create excitement for new things.
