Responsible for improving the productivity of BCYF and to help achieve its set goals and mission by supporting the Commissioner in planning, overseeing, and evaluating BCYF programs, partnerships, and strategic planning and initiatives. Oversees the Development & Strategic Initiatives, Programming Operations, and Data & Marketing teams.

~ Development, implementation and oversight of all Planning & Development activities for Boston Centers for Youth & Families (BCYF) relating to all funding sectors including but not limited to grant writing, solicitation, donor research, tracking and communications, and event planning. ~ Oversight of all aspects of the Development Team, including the responsibility of leading the development effort related to BCYF's strategic plan as well as serves as a member of Executive Director's Leadership team and actively contribute to long-term institutional planning and strategic leadership. ~ Working closely with BCYF Operations and Finance Staff to develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet established objectives and represent BCYF at fundraising activities including Board of Directors' meetings. ~ Driving process for developing annual projections that support the development of BCYF funding structure as well as monthly fundraising projections used to monitor progress. ~ Provide updated information on revenue projections for Commissioner, Foundation Board of Directors and Senior Management team. ~ Designing and implement fundraising plans for special campaigns, which may include strategic initiatives, capital projects, review public funding opportunities as they arise and recommend opportunities to senior leadership.~ Responsible for overall leadership of BCYF's largest fundraising events including all aspects of planning and implementation, such as goal-setting and fundraising, volunteer staffing, management of vendors and consultants and overall theme and design of event program. ~ Advocate for key legislation at the State and Federal levels that will enhance BCYF's resources and opportunities.
